The Phoenix

It appears in the myths of both Central America, Europe and the East. It burns itself every 500 years and it rises from its ashes 3 days afterwords. Thus it represents resurrection, revival of life and the imperishaldeness of human spirit. When choosing a symbol one always activates given forces. When I chose name I wanted to express that stay here our guests could recover their strength and could return home revived; and on the other hand that we would always be able to renew and never would be bored of catering; we would always have the mood and strength to pay attention; to talk to and care about our guessts. At the some time revival is valid also for the buildings and the whole ehvironment too, since the cottage has been raised fromits ruins and the mreconstruction is still in progress.
